Pros: No guidance, where to go to pick up car, no one at the counter. Had to process through Hertz. Drop off was easy! Cons: No one checked the car prior. Once started car, it said a tire problem. Had to pay for tire repair, interrupted our trip review from Pros: Drop off was easy. Staff was nice Cons: Lots of hidden fees. I was expecting to pay around 200 and ended up being 500$ so watch out. I was the last in line. When I went upstairs there were no cars. After another half an hour, they gave me a car. When I attempted to exit the rental car garage, my car was scanned and stopped. I was told this car could not leave. No reason was given. I was told to go back to Hertz (I rented from Thrifty). I went back and asked to talk to the manager. She said no cars were available and I would be given a mini van.
