Your firm statement mentioning that Interval International was not made aware of this by us is not taken lightly, as we indeed communicated the closure (due to large renovation) months in advance to them and other exchange partners. That being said, we certainly will follow up with Interval and others to ensure the communication is passed on to the exchange partners' Members in the future to avoid these kind of disappointments. Unfortunately, you did not hear from us previous to your stay as it is Interval the company that you made your reservation through. Your comments about the appliances and condition of the Vacation Home you stayed at are of concern and I would like to apologize for your less-than-satisfactory experience. We constantly conduct replacement of appliances as they are getting to the end of their optimal working life, and I have no doubt that you stayed in a Vacation Home in which the fridge, regardless of the good working condition, still looked outdated to you.
