Thank you very much, it was a very relaxing stay!! :) Governor's Beach Greenway Governor's Beach Greenway is situated in Governors Beach. Set on the beachfront, this property features a restaurant, a garden and a terrace. The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, and 1 bathroom with shower. Free private parking is available at the holiday home. The house is located on the campsite, mostly Cypriot neighbors, usually in the evening everything is calm. The place is very pleasant, the Governor's beach is very beautiful. From the house to the beach, you can go straight in bathing suits around the campsite. The house is fully equipped with a good kitchen and bathroom, and also has two air conditioners, several rooms and a living room and a separate laundry room with a new washing machine. Beautiful large terrace, where it is nice to have breakfast and dinner. Near a good restaurant with normal prices and great views. After swimming in the afternoon, we loved to sit in the bar of this restaurant above the beach.
The House provides a large sitting-living room with an open fire place and a table for up to 6 persons, a bath with W/C, Bath, a laundry maschine and a kitchen equipped with kitchen stove, oven, a fridge and freezer. The property is planted with fruit trees, olivetrees, turf and a kitchen garden. As a highlight there is a saltwater swimming pool and a barbecue for commone use. The distance to the private beach is about 150m and the difference in height of 65m with steps leading down. It is a small private beach that belongs to the property and is not accessible from outside (only accessible by boat). You'll need a car with 4 wheel drive, the prices are around 40-45€ per day, so we are told by the local car rental. Due to our house is located on a sand street (1600m from the asphalt Road) and need a little bit of driving experience. The next Supermarket is around 15min by car, a very nice tavern at the Pefkos Bay with delicious homemade food is around 7min by car and the Chora, the main city of Skyros is around 25min away by car.
